We are a service provider in the social sector. Our corporate network includes, among other things, daycare centers, schools, residential and nursing facilities, counseling services, workshops for people with disabilities, day centers and other services for people with mental illnesses, a family counseling center, hospice counseling, and much more.
Our nearly 60 facilities are located in the state capital and the surrounding counties, always close to the people in the region. Special needs educators, teachers, educators, inclusion assistants, caregivers, housekeeping and cleaning staff... nearly 1.000 employees dedicate their work to serving people.

Salädchen® - Salad Bar
Originally started as a franchise, our workshop for people with disabilities, the Ramper Werk, now operates the salad and soup bar Salädchen® independently and under its own management, together with people with disabilities. The Salad Bar® concept stands for healthy eating, sustainability, and fresh products. As the name suggests, it's all about delicious greens: choose from more than 40 ingredients and create your own individual salad, with no limits to your imagination! In addition to salads, we also offer oven-baked potatoes for self-combination, unique soup creations, and delicious desserts. Enjoy exploring and bon appétit!

The Basket and Chair Weaving Workshop
Before or after your visit to the Salad Bar®, it's worth taking a look at our traditional workshop located right next door. Here, the rare craft of basket and chair weaving continues, and we offer chair repairs of various kinds. Whether a new Viennese weave, star weave, or half and sun weaves – old chairs are in good hands with us. At individual workstations in our workshop, we also restore cantilever chairs with woven mats. Naturally, our services also include gluing, polishing, and minor veneer work. Even an old, beloved shopping basket can continue to serve for many years through our work.
Beloved pieces that have aged are well taken care of here! They are lovingly restored and re-woven to shine anew. But new items are also created, such as woven baskets and trays for household use.
